- The use of the Club Marine Logos and the purpose for which it may be used is subject to the prior written approval of Club Marine Limited and may be revoked at any time.
- Club Marine Limited grants the authorised user a limited licence to use the Club Marine Logos in accordance with the terms of the written approval provided to the authorised user.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the authorised user is not authorised to use the Club Marine Logos or any other intellectual property ( including but not limited to trademarks and slogans, etc.) of Club Marine Limited or any other member of the Allianz Group for any other purposes.
